If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made, and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
If your papercut arrives with errors or is damaged please let me know as soon as possible via email - email@example.com together with photos of the damage. I will arrange to re-cut and frame it for you as soon as possible.
