Hygge enjoy the small things Papercut

This papercut is a wonderful daily reminder to enjoy the small things. It is perfect for those who are into their fire pits, a candlelit bath, food and drink with good company and all the attributes of hygge (pronounced ‘hue-gah’, fact fans).

Out of stock

I read a book about hygge and the words inspired me to create this – a papercut is made up from words aimed at reminding you of the beauty of enjoying the small things, savouring the moment and being thankful to the people and places that anchor and connect us.

There are only 100 of this design available. Each one is machine cut*, hand finished and numbered on the reverse, as well as on the certificate of authentication.

If you choose a frame, your papercut is sandwiched between two sheets of glass and surrounded by a choice of black or white painted wood. They are  chunky enough to be freestanding as well as hung on the wall with the saw tooth hanger on the back.

If you don’t choose a frame on ordering then your papercut will be supplied flat (obvs, I mean who would fold it!?)  and backed onto a backing paper, on a stiff board, inside a compostible clear bag and in a cardboard envelope. I also include a framing ideas sheet with helpful hints on framing.

*machine cutting it keeps the costs down for you – once upon a time I used to cut absolutely everything by hand, but quickly learnt that some people didn’t care how it was cut they just loved the design. So I have a range of designs that I designed specifically to be machine cut. This is one of them.

Papercut is cut from a single sheet of 210 x 297mm (A4)
Framed: 270mm x 330mm
