Collect your order – even during lockdown
You can collect your order in person from outside my shop: 10 Mill Lane Precinct, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 1JQ. I’ll be in touch to confirm a date/time on ordering – my usual shop hours are roughly 10am until 4pm weekdays, although during lockdown I’ll be also working from home so let’s just stay in touch!
Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible.
Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition.
Personalised Commissions
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been designed and cut, and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
But you are able to amend or cancel your personalised order if I haven’t started designing it yet.
If your papercut arrives with errors or is damaged please let me know as soon as possible via email – [email protected] together with photos of the damage. I will arrange to re-cut and frame it for you as soon as possible.
Digital Downloads
Please be aware that due to the nature of instant downloads, all non-personalised PDF templates are non-refundable. Personliased PDF templates are refundable if cancelled asap, before any design work has been started.
